Ficke made one start and one relief appearance in the circle in her debut season … posted a 1-0 record and 11.12 earned run average … picked up her first career win in a complete-game effort at CSUN, striking out two batters while allowing five runs on seven hits over 5.0 innings (April 30) … made her collegiate debut against No. 8 Texas, lasting 0.2 innings (Feb. 10).
Los Alamitos High School
Ficke prepped at Los Alamitos High School under head coach Rob Weil … named the Press Telegram Athlete of the Week during her senior season in 2021 after pitching 4.2 scoreless innings of relief in a victory over Norco High School, allowing Los Alamitos to mount a four-run comeback … last played travel ball for the OC SoCal Athletics Squires.
