2016 (XC) - Competed in three meets โฆ Ran the 8k at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational and finished with a time of 25:18.1 to place 75th โฆ Placed seventh at the Mustang Challenge with a 4.8mi time of 25:51.0 ... Opened the season with a seventh-place finish in the 5k at the Nevada Twilight with a time of 16:28.2.
2016 (Track) โ Competed in seven outdoor meets โฆ Ran a season best 9:22.02 in the steeple at the Oxy Invitational where he placed 18th โฆ Won the steeple in the dual meet against rival USC with a time of 9:38.79 โฆ Clocked a season best 4:01.90 in the 1,500m in the dual meet against Texas A&M.
2015 (XC) -ย Finished in the Top 5 of the Nevada Twilight Classic (5k), placing fifth overall while posting a time of 16:31โฆ Finished in the Top 10 of the Mustang Challenge (8k), placing sixth overall with a time of 25:26 โฆ Raced in the Washington Invitational (8k) and placed 66th overall with a time of 24:29 โฆ Also raced in the Titan Invitational (8k) placing 12th overall with a time of 25:29.
2015 (Track) โ Competed at the Ucla vs. USC dual meet in the 3,000m steeple chase with a time of 9:20:57 to finish second โฆ competed at Occidental in the 3,000m steeple with a time of 9:20.53 to place 16th โฆ UCLA vs. WSU vs. Long Beach meet competed in the 3,000m steeplechase where he ran a 9:30.94 to place second โฆ. also ran the 3,000m in a time of 8:59.91 to place 11th. Indoor competed in the Lumberjack Team Challenge in the 1,600m with a time of 4:37.92 to finish fourth.
2014 (Track) โ Competed in four meets as a true freshman โฆ Ran exclusively the steeple in all four competitions โฆ Improved his time in every meet โฆ Posted a personal best 9:28.96 at the Oxy Invitational.
2014 (XC)ย โ Ran in four races and garnered Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention accolades โฆ Opened the season ninth at the Nevada Twilight Classic (5k) ... Placed second at the Dual at the Rose Bowl with an 8k time of 25:05 ... Finished 49th at the Titan Invitational (8k).
