Schrempf earned four varsity letters in basketball for the Wolverines at Bellevue High School in Bellevue, Wash. ... his basketball coach was Chris O'Connor ... his Bellevue High team won the 2009 3A KingCo league championship during his senior season while going 27-2 on the year ... marking the first conference championship for Bellevue HS in 40 years, the Wolverines were undefeated in league play at 12-0 in 2009 and compiled an overall league mark of 42-14 during his prep career ... Bellevue HS posted an overall record of 78-29 (.729) in his four years ...
