Rowed in the novice eight throughout the spring season...also served as one of two alternates for UCLA at NCAA Championships in Sacramento...rowed two seat in the N8+ crew in dual-meet victories over Loyola Marymount (March 6) and San Diego State (March 13) to open the season...rowed two seat in the N8+ at the San Diego Crew Classic (March 27-28), leading the Bruins' novice crew to a first-place finish on day one and second-place finish on day two (in six-boat heats each day)...rowed bow seat in the N8+ at the SoCal Challenge, defeating Notre Dame (April 10)...rowed boat seat at Dexter Lake, Ore., finishing second in the N8+ race against two novice crews from Oregon State (April 17)...rowed bow seat against USC (May 1) in the annual crosstown regatta, finishing ahead of the Women of Troy by 3.40 seconds.

Two-year varsity water polo and one-year varsity swimming letterwinner under head coach Don Appleton at Mountain View High School...attended Mountain View for four years (2002-06)...also competed on club teams in water polo and lacrosse.
