Mohini Bhardwaj Named Pac-10 Gymnast Of The Week

Walnut Creek, Calif. - UCLA junior Mohini Bhardwaj has been named the Pacific-10 Conference Gymnast of the Week for January 12-17.

Bhardwaj, an All-American from Cincinnati, Ohio, led UCLA to a national-best score of 196.300 in a quad meet victory at Arizona. Bhardwaj won the all-around with a career-high 39.45, the vault (9.875), bars (9.925) and tied for first on the floor exercise (9.85). She also placed third on the balance beam with a score of 9.8.

Bhardwaj also won the all-around in a dual meet victory at Cal State Fullerton last Monday, scoring a 39.15. She also tied a career-high on beam with a winning mark of 9.925 and placed third on vault (9.825) and floor (9.875).
