
Danesha Adams Named UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week

Freshman forward Danesha Adams (Shaker Heights, OH/Shaker Heights HS) of the UCLA Women's Soccer Team was selected as the UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Nov. 15-21.
Adams scored the game-winning goal in a 2-0 NCAA third round victory over Duke on Saturday at Drake Stadium. Adams, who ranks second on the team in scoring with 26 points (11g, 4a) and has a team-leading four game-winning goals on the year, has scored three of the Bruins' six goals in the Tournament.
This is Adams' second UCLA/MET-Rx Student-Athlete of the Week honor of the season and of her career.
