Five UCLA golfers playing as individuals completed 36 holes of stroke play on Thursday at the Cal Poly Men's Intercollegiate at Cypress Ridge.
Freshman Philip Francis was the top UCLA player, tying for 12th place at three-over par 147 after posting rounds of 76-71. Junior James Lee was tied for 30th at 153 (+9) after carding rounds of 77-76. Freshman Connor Driscoll signed for rounds of 79-77--156 (+12) and was tied for 44th. Senior Brandon Christianson was tied for 54th at 159 (+12) and sophomore Ben Choe was tied for 60th at 160 (+16).
