With one round to go, the second-ranked UCLA women's golf team remained in first place at the Betsy Rawls Invitational at the University of Texas Golf Course in Austin.

In Saturday's round, the Bruins posted a two-over par score of 290 for a 36-hole total of 585 (+9). They led Arizona by a stroke (586, +10) after the Wildcats turned in a score of 285 (-3) for the low round of the day. Texas A&M was third at 589 (+13), followed by fourth place Texas Christian at 599 (+23) and fifth-place Oregon at 601 (+25).

Individually for the Bruins, sophomore Stephanie Kono was tied for the lead at two-under par 142 after posting a second straight score of 71 (-1). Freshman Tiffany Lua carded an even par 72 and was tied for sixth at 146 (+2) and sophomore Brianna Do was tied for 12th at 148 (+4) after signing for a 73 (+1). Tied for 19th place was Sydnee Michaels at five-over par 149 after she posted a 74 (+2). Junior Glory Yang was tied for 45th at 155 (+11) following a score of 78 (+6).

Tied for the lead with Kono was Texas A&M's Sarah Zwartynski who posted a score of 72 (E) on Saturday.
