
Men's Track & Field Wraps Up Competition At UW Invite

Cory Primm highlighted the men's track and field team on Saturday at the UW Invitational in Seattle as the senior was the highest finisher for the Bruins during the meet. Primm was second in the mile with a run of 4:02.10.
Also in the mile, Scott Crawford finished eighth (4:06.42), Philip MacQuitty was 19th (4:11.40) and Spencer Knight was 29th (4:15.25, lifetime-best).
In the 3000m, Alex Crabill finished 10th overall with a time of 8:13.25. Kent Morikawa, also in the 3000m, ran a lifetime-best of 8:16.26 to finish 14th overall.
Jonathan Simmons was 18th in the 800m (1:53.18), while Quentin Powell was 11th in the 400m (49.35).
The men's team will head to Albuquerque, NM next weekend for the New Mexico Classic, while the DiCesare brothers will head home to New York to compete at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational.
