TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Lazeric Jones hit 7 of 9 field-goal attempts for 18 points, Reeves Nelson (15 points, 10 rebounds) and Tyler Honeycutt (12 points, 10 rebounds) recorded double-doubles and Joshua Smith added 10 points to help UCLA to a 73-72 overtime win against Arizona State on Saturday. Malcolm Lee added 12 points and five assists.

With the win, UCLA improved to 14-7 overall and 6-3 in Pac-10 play. The Bruins are 11-3 in their last 14 games and have won as many games this season as they did in the entire 2009-10 season.

UCLA outlasted the Sun Devils (9-12, 1-8) in the extra session 12-11 after opening it with a 9-2 run. Jones, Lee and Jerime Anderson each hit a three-point field goal in overtime to help build a seven-point lead.

It was Arizona State's seventh straight conference loss.

Arizona State came back from a 15-point early second-half deficit to tie at 61 with 23 seconds to play on a putback by Trent Lockett off a missed free throw. That followed back-to-back 3-pointers by Arizona State's Ty Abbott.

Lockett led the Sun Devils with 17 points and Rihards Kuksiks added 15.
