
Bruins Wrap Up Play in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Senior Jonathan Garrick was even par on his final round on Wednesday to finish the Southern Highlands Collegiate Masters as the Bruins' top scorer.
Garrick made three birdies on his second nine, on holes #4, #5 and #7, to go with three bogeys for a final-round total of 72. He finished the tournament in a tie for 47th at 10-over (226).
Freshman Cole Madey tied for 56th at the SHCM at +13 (229). His lone birdie in the final round was on the 13th, as he made nine bogeys in his final-round 80 (+8). Senior Lorens Chan tied for 69th (+19, 235) after a final-round 77 (+5) which saw him make five bogeys. Sophomore Corey Shaun tied for 72nd (+20, 236) after an 80 (+8) on Wednesday. He had a birdie on his closing hole, the ninth, to go with five bogeys and two doubles. Freshman Phil Delisi tied for 76th (+28, 244). He shot a 6-over 78 in his final round, making birdies on the 13th and second, along with six bogeys and a double. As a team, the Bruins finished in 15th (+60, 924).
The next tournament for the Bruins is March 24-26 at The Goodwin in Stanford.
