
UCLA Tied for Second After Day Two

PLEASANTON, Calif. - The top-ranked Bruins have three players in the Top 15 at the Pac-12 Championships, as UCLA, as a team, is tied for second through 36 holes at the Ruby Hill Golf Club.
The Bruins, along with Arizona, are at -10 (566) after two rounds following UCLA's 4-under 284 on Tuesday. Both squads are 13 strokes back of USC.
Freshman Lilia Vu leads the Bruin contingent at 5-under (139) to put her in a tie for fourth and four shots back of the individual lead. Vu was bogey-free on Tuesday with a 3-under 69. She had birdies on the fourth, 15th and 18th to go with 15 pars. Junior Bronte Law is tied for eighth after 36 holes at 4-under (140). She posted her second-straight round of 70 (-2), making birdies on the eighth, 13th and 18th, with her lone blemish being on the 15th.
Freshman Bethany Wu is tied for 13th at 2-under (142). She was even par (72) on Tuesday, recording birdies on the fourth, eighth, 15th and 18th to go with four bogeys. Junior Hadas Libman sits in a tie for 26th at 1-over (145). She was +1 (73) in her second round, making five birdies (#4, #5, #8, #12 and #18), two bogeys and two doubles. Senior Louise Ridderström posted a non-team scoring 76 (+4) and is tied for 42nd overall (+4, 148). Her lone birdie was on the eighth to go with three bogeys and a double.
The Bruins begin their final round on Wednesday at 9:10 a.m. in the order of Ridderström, Libman, Wu, Law and Vu. Live scoring will be available here.
