SIMI VALLEY, Calif. - A pair of Bruins posted Top 10 finishes at the Bill Cullum Invitational at Wood Ranch Golf Club, as freshman Bryan Wiyang Teoh tied for second and sophomore Eddy Lai placed seventh.
In Tuesday's final round, Teoh recorded a 2-under 70 to finish at 8-under 208, three shots back of Boise State's Brian Humphreys. Teoh made four birdies on No. 16, 7, 8 and 14 and two bogeys. Lai also shot a 2-under 70 in his final round to finish at 4-under 212. He made four birdies on No. 3, 6, 9 and 14 and two bogeys.
The Bruins will return to team competition this weekend, traveling to the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate (Friday-Sunday) in Alpharetta, Ga.
