Campbell Selected UCLA Student-Athlete of Week

Redshirt sophomore guard Tyger Campbell of the UCLA men's basketball team has been selected the UCLA Student-Athlete of the Week, presented by Ready, earning honors for Nov. 30-Dec. 6.
Campbell averaged 14.0 points and 9.0 assists in the Bruins' two wins last week. He totaled 18 assists and just three turnovers, averaging 28.0 minutes per game. Campbell shot 56.3% from the field, connecting on 9 of 16 shots, and made 9 of 10 free throws. He scored 17 points and added six assists in the team's victory against Seattle on Thursday, Dec. 3. Three days later, Campbell logged his third career double-double, totaling 11 points and a season-high 12 assists (with just one turnover) in a 20-point win over California in Pauley Pavilion presented by Wescom. Through four games this season, he has averaged 14.8 points and 7.3 assists per game.
This is Campbell's first UCLA student-athlete of the week award of the season and second of his career.
