UCLA Class of 2020 Celebrated in Virtual Celebration

A total of 101 UCLA graduating student-athletes and team members were honored in a virtual UCLA Student-Athlete Graduation Celebration on June 27. Among the participants were student-athletes who graduated in the 2020 Winter and Spring quarters, as well as those who are projected to graduate in Summer and Fall 2020.
Pac-12 Postgraduate Scholarships in the amount of $9,000 were presented to Track & Field's Jackie Garner and Millen Trujillo. Gymnast Madison Kocian and football player Darnay Holmes were recognized as winners of the Pac-12 Tom Hansen Conference Medal, which goes annually to each member institution's outstanding senior male and female student-athlete based on the exhibition of the greatest combination of performance and achievement in scholarship, athletics and leadership. Additionally, Kocian and Trujillo were presented as the UCLA Scholar-Athletes of the Year.
The third graduating class of the Wooden Academy Champions program was also honored. The Wooden Academy Champions program is a two-year comprehensive program that focuses on leadership, personal and professional development. The 2020 graduates of the program are Anna Glenn (gymnastics), Jada Hart (women's tennis), Isaiah Holmes (men's track & field), Riley Kelly (men's track & field/cross country), Grace McAuley (women's track & field/cross country), Garrett Reynolds (men's track & field/cross country), Lily Justine (beach volleyball) and Haley Tong (women's rowing).
