BOULDER, Colo. โ The UCLA men's basketball team's four-game winning streak ended on Saturday night with a 70-61 loss at Colorado.

Colorado (19-7, 13-6 Pac-12) outscored UCLA by a 15-4 margin over the final seven minutes of the game to secure a series split with the Bruins (17-6, 13-4 Pac-12) in the regular season.

Johnny Juzang led the visiting Bruins with 25 points, connecting on 7 of 12 shots. He made 3 of 4 attempts from 3-point range. Jaylen Clark (10 points) was the only other UCLA player to score in double figures.

UCLA committed 14 turnovers on Saturday night, including nine in the second half.

After Tyger Campbell's 3-point basket gave the Bruins a 57-57 advantage with nearly seven minutes to play, Colorado scored the next nine points of the game. That gave the Buffaloes a 64-57 cushion with 4:41 remaining.

Colorado's McKinley Wright IV scored a game-high 26 points.

The two teams went back and forth through the first 12 minutes of the second half. Neither squad grabbed more than a three-point advantage during that span.

Colorado put the game out of reach in the final two minutes, securing a 70-58 advantage with 1:28 left in the second half.

UCLA led by as many as eight points in the first half, using a 6-0 scoring run in less than one minute to extend a two-point lead into a 32-24 cushion.

Colorado closed the opening half with a 10-3 scoring run and trailed by just one point, 35-34, at the intermission.

UCLA still remains atop the Pac-12 standings with a 13-4 conference record. The Bruins will close the regular season next week against their closest competition for the Pac-12 regular-season crown. UCLA will play at Oregon next Wednesday (March 3) and will host USC next Saturday (March 6).
