
Selena Harris Named UCLA Student-Athlete of Week, presented by Ready

Harris won the all-around for the second consecutive week with a score of 39.725, hitting 9.925 or higher on all four routines to lead UCLA to victory at Washington in the Pac-12 opener. She also won three events (vault with a career-best 9.950, beam with a career-high-tying 9.925, and bars with a 9.925) and tied for third on floor with a career-high-tying 9.925. Harris has scored 9.9 or higher on 11 of the 12 routines she has competed this season, with the only sub-9.9 being a 9.8 on beam in the season opener. With a season average of 39.650 in the all-around, she ranks third in the nation. She also ranks sixth on vault and bars, 19th on beam and 10th on floor.
This is Harris' first UCLA student-athlete of the week award of the season and of her career.
