Lepley Invited to 2023 adidas MLS College Showcase

NEW YORK – UCLA men's soccer redshirt junior Tucker Lepley has been invited to attend the adidas MLS College Showcase, held December 6-9 in Phoenix, Arizona. Lepley is the first Bruin to earn an invitation since Anderson Asiedu in 2019.
Lepley has appeared in 45 games across three seasons for the Bruins, making 41 starts. He earned first team all-Pac-12 honors in 2023, captained UCLA to an undefeated mark in Pac-12 play, and helped the Bruins earn their first Pac-12 title since 2014. Lepley was also named to the 2023 All-Far West Region first team in 2023 and the second team in 2021. The redshirt junior led the Bruins to three NCAA Tournaments, including a sweet 16 appearance in 2022.
Individually, Lepley tallied 11 goals and 10 assists over three seasons of action. The Charlotte, North Carolina native led the squad in points with 17 (5G, 7A) during his redshirt freshman season. He also added a game-winner in the NCAA Tournament over defending national champions Clemson in 2022, and scored three goals in 2023.
The four-day event will give technical staffs from every MLS club an opportunity to scout 44 of the top collegiate prospects in the nation ahead of MLS SuperDraft 2024 presented by adidas, which will take place on Tuesday, December 19 and feature an expanded eligible player pool. Please note that the list of attendees is subject to change prior to the event.
The 2023 adidas MLS College Showcase is a closed-door scouting event officially sanctioned by the NCAA. The eligible player list for MLS SuperDraft 2024 presented by adidas will be announced at a later date following the 2023 adidas MLS College Showcase.
