Men's Soccer Announces 2024 Spring Schedule

February 12, 2024 | Men's Soccer

The UCLA men's soccer team will open its 2024 spring season next weekend on Saturday, February 24, against UC Irvine at 2 pm. The Bruins will play seven exhibition matches in the Southern California area this spring, including six home matches to be played at Wallis Annenberg Stadium. Admission to all home matches is free and open to the public.

The Bruins will host their annual alumni day on Saturday, April 6.

Head Coach Ryan Jorden returns a core group of players that went undefeated in league play and hoisted the final Pac-12 conference trophy in 2023. That group includes third-team All-Far West region selection Andre Ochoa in midfield, who scored four goals and tallied seven assists in 2023, as well as second-team All-Pac-12 honoree Jose Contell in attack. UCLA also returns 11 student-athletes who played in at least 10 matches in 2023, including midfielders Tarun Karumanchi and Cam Wilkerson, defenders JC Cortez, Pietro Grassi, and Tre Wright, as well as goalkeeper Sam Joseph.
