No. 3 Bruins Prepare for No. 11 UNC in Las Vegas

LOS ANGELES – No. 3-ranked UCLA Women's Basketball (3-0, 0-0 Big Ten) makes its way to Las Vegas for the inaugural WBCA Challenge, a two-game college women's basketball showcase, this weekend.
The Bruins play the first of their two neutral site matchups against No. 11 UNC (2-0, 0-0 ACC) on Thursday inside Michelob ULTRA Arena. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m. PT on ESPN2.
UCLA faces South Florida on Saturday at 6 p.m. to close out the Challenge.

• Graduate student Angela Dugalić had an impressive showing off the bench, securing 14 points and a team-high 13 rebounds on Monday. She shot 5-for-10, including 3-for-5 from deep, and finished with three steals.
• Seniors Gabriela Jaquez (13 PTS, 8 REB) and Kiki Rice (10 PTS, 6 REB, 6 AST, 3 BLK) joined Kneepkens and Dugalić in double figures.
• Senior Lauren Betts finished with 9 PTS and 10 REB in the win over Oklahoma; she held longtime foe Raegan Beers to 2-of-7 shooting from the floor. Betts had a season-high four blocks as UCLA's primary rim protector.
