MATCHUP HISTORY: vs. Maryland Terrapins
โข The Bruins trail the Terrapins 5-4 in all-time meetings, but UCLA boasts a 2-game win streak over Maryland and looks to even the series Sunday. UCLA is 1-0 against Maryland as conference opponents; UCLA and Maryland met in March of 1978 in the AIAW Championship game, ultimately giving the Bruins their first and only national championship title (W, 90-74).

The Bruins had a number of top 15 matchups in November: No. 6 Oklahoma (Nov. 10), No. 11 North Carolina (Nov. 13), No. 4 Texas (Nov. 26) and No. 14 Tennessee (Nov. 30), finishing November 3-1 against ranked opponents.
โข The Bruins began the year with six of their first eight games being played at neutral site locations. UCLA made the trip to Las Vegas twice in three weeks, first for the WBCA Challenge (Nov. 13-15) and second for the Players Era Women's Championship (Nov. 26-27). The Bruins went 3-1 in Sin City this November.
