Chiles Wins Fourth Consecutive Big Ten Gymnast of Week Award

Chiles recorded the top all-around score in the nation, posting a 39.875 in the Bruins' dual meet win at Michigan State on Jan. 25. Chiles swept the all-around and all four events for the second time this season. Highlighting her day was a perfect 10 on floor exercise, the first 10 in the NCAA this season and her seventh career perfect 10 on floor. She now has two 10s this season and 13 in her career. Chiles nearly had two 10s in the meet, scoring 9.975 on vault after sticking her Yurchenko double full for the second-straight week. She also scored 9.950 on uneven bars and balance beam. Chiles has 15 individual victories this season in just four meets. She has scored 9.900 or higher on 14 of her 16 routines and remains ranked No. 1 in the nation in the all-around for a fourth-straight week. She is also ranked No. 1 on vault, as well as No. 6 on bars and beam and No. 8 on floor exercise.
This is Chiles' 15th career conference Gymnast of the Week award and 10th in the Big Ten.
