2014 (Track)ย - Competed in five races in his first season of action for the Bruins โฆ Ran the 3,000m and 5,000m races โฆ Posted best times of 8:40.30 in the 3,000m at the Rafer/JJK Invitational to place second and 14:42.81 in the 5,000m at the Oxy Invitational โฆ Also placed second in the 5,000m in the dual meet against rival USC with a time of 14:55.42.
2014 (XC)ย - Competed in seven races his sophomore year โฆ Finished 125th in the NCAA Championships with a 10k time of 31:46.3 ... Ran a 24:37 8k at the Pac-12 Championships to finish 37th ... Placed fourth at the BYU Autumn Classic (4mi) with a 20:23.1 to lead the Bruins โฆ Opened the season by placing seventh at the Nevada Twilight Classic 5K with a time of 16:17.
2013 (Track) - Did not compete.
2013 (XC) - Ran a season best time of 24:47 at the NCAA Inter-Regional โฆ Finished 67th at the Pac-12 Championships.
High School - Earned four varsity letters in both track and cross country at Palos Verdes HS ... Member of two State Championship teams for cross country in 2009 and 2011 ... Won the Bay League three consecutive years from 2009-11 ... Finished sixth at the Nike Cross Country Nationals in 2011 ... Earned All-League, All- CIF and All-State honors in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 seasons ... In track, he was the three-time Bay League champion in the 3,200m.
