Ran the 3000m and 5000m events during the indoor season, recording a season-best eight-place finish (15:29.79) in the 5k at the Ken Shannon Invitational in late February… Did not compete for the Bruins during the outdoor campaign.
2023 (Cross Country)
Appeared in three meets in his sophomore season … Made his postseason debut at the Pac-12 Championships, running a 26:04.5 in the 8k race for 73rd place … Finished in 174th place at the NCAA West Regionals, running a 33:10.7 in the 10k race …
2023 (Track & Field)
Ran four races for the Bruins during the 2023 campaign… Placed fourth at the USC Dual Meet in the 1500m event, running a season-best 3:55.87 at Drake Stadium… Claimed fifth place at the Chris Rinne Twilight in the same event (4:05.77)… Placed second in the outdoor mile at the Rafer Johnson-Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational, running a 4:36.95 in the event.
