Competed in six meets for UCLA, all outdoor โฆ Outdoor: Made his Bruin debut at the Willie Williams Classic, competing in the steeple and placing ninth (9:58.15) โฆ PRโed in the 5000m run at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival, crossing the finish line at the 14:37.85 mark to finish sixth โฆ Took third at USC in the steeple with a career-best time of 9:27.47 โฆ Capped his season at the Oxy Invitational, racing the 5000m run.

Competed at the Fresno Invite in the four-mile race, recording a time of 22:10.7 to take 23rd overall ... Finished in 114th place at the Bronco Invite with an 8K time of 25:30.6.ย

Spent his true freshman season at the College of the Sequoias ... Named Team MVP ... Qualified for the state finals, coming in 67th ...
