2016 (Track) – Competed in seven outdoor meets … Ran a season best 9:22.02 in the steeple at the Oxy Invitational where he placed 18th … Won the steeple in the dual meet against rival USC with a time of 9:38.79 … Clocked a season best 4:01.90 in the 1,500m in the dual meet against Texas A&M.
2015 (XC) - Finished in the Top 5 of the Nevada Twilight Classic (5k), placing fifth overall while posting a time of 16:31… Finished in the Top 10 of the Mustang Challenge (8k), placing sixth overall with a time of 25:26 … Raced in the Washington Invitational (8k) and placed 66th overall with a time of 24:29 … Also raced in the Titan Invitational (8k) placing 12th overall with a time of 25:29.
2015 (Track) – Competed at the Ucla vs. USC dual meet in the 3,000m steeple chase with a time of 9:20:57 to finish second … competed at Occidental in the 3,000m steeple with a time of 9:20.53 to place 16th … UCLA vs. WSU vs. Long Beach meet competed in the 3,000m steeplechase where he ran a 9:30.94 to place second …. also ran the 3,000m in a time of 8:59.91 to place 11th. Indoor competed in the Lumberjack Team Challenge in the 1,600m with a time of 4:37.92 to finish fourth.
2014 (Track) – Competed in four meets as a true freshman … Ran exclusively the steeple in all four competitions … Improved his time in every meet … Posted a personal best 9:28.96 at the Oxy Invitational.
2014 (XC) – Ran in four races and garnered Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention accolades … Opened the season ninth at the Nevada Twilight Classic (5k) ... Placed second at the Dual at the Rose Bowl with an 8k time of 25:05 ... Finished 49th at the Titan Invitational (8k).
