Joshua Hill is entering his second season as Director of Operations for the UCLA men’s soccer team. Hill graduated from the University of La Verne in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and he is currently completing his Masters of Organizational Leadership.

Hill served as an assistant coach at his alma mater after a successful four-year playing career. He was team captain for three seasons and a four-year scholar-athlete. Hill also has coaching experience at the high school level, serving as head coach for his alma mater Chino HS, leading his team to numerous tournament championships, league titles and to the CIF State Finals.

His playing experience at the club level included time at Legends FC and Arsenal FC. In addition, he played with PSA Elite, an annual contender in the U.S. Open Cup. Prior to his arrival at UCLA, Hill helped assemble one of the most successful amateur sides in U.S. Soccer, as PSA Elite made back-to-back round of four appearances at the U.S. Open Cup in 2014 and 2015, losing only to Major League Soccer powers Seattle Sounders and LA Galaxy.

Hill currently holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) “C-National” license, and he has previously served as a Nike All-Star Coach, a youth development coach and mentor. He has also worked as an assistant coach for both the OC Blues FC in the United Soccer League (USL Pro), and the Orange County Blues Stars in the Premier Development League (PDL).
