Daniel made 35 appearances, including 30 starts (29 at catcher, one at DP), in her freshman year at UCLA … recorded a .164 batting average (10-for-61), .246 on-base percentage, six runs batted in and seven runs scored … logged two home runs and two doubles … recorded her first career hit with a single against No. 14 Alabama (Feb. 15) … hit her first career home run versus Baylor at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic to give the Bruins the lead in the fifth inning (Feb. 22) … homered against Loyola Marymount (March 9) … logged a pinch-hit double to lead off the fourth inning at Maryland (March 28) … threw out six of 16 runners attempting to steal … recorded a 1.000 fielding percentage (218 TC).
