2016 (XC) - Named Pac-12 All-Academic honorable mention … Competed in two meets … Ran the 8k at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational and finishing with a time of 25:25.4 to place 83rd … Opened the season with a fifth place finish in the 4.8mi at the Mustang Challenge with a time of 25:34.7.
2016 (Track) – Competed in three outdoor meets … Ran his fastest time of the season of 1:53.98 in the 800m at the Oxy Invitational … Competed in two indoor meets … Was nineteenth in the mile with a time of 4:10.89 and was on the DMR at placed fifth with a 9:50.11.
2015 (Track) - Did not participate in any races as a true freshman.
2015 (XC) - Raced in the Pac-12 Championships (8k) finishing 82nd overall, and posting a time of 25:05… Was the Bruin’s number 1 runner in the Nevada Twilight Classic (5k) placing 3rd overall and finishing with a time of 16:28… Raced in the Mustang Challenge (8k) placing 34th overall and finishing with a time of 26:16… Finished in the top 10 in the Titan Invitational (8k) finishing 7th overall and posting a time of 24:58.
HIGH SCHOOL – Attended Oak Park High School where he lettered in track and cross country … Was the Ventura County Champion in cross country in 2012 and 2013 and the Ventura County Champion in the 800m in 2013 and 2014 … Has run personal bests of 1:53.23 in the 800m and 4:13.57 in the 1,600m.
