Duffey prepped for four years at Ventura High School in Ventura, Calif. โฆ named the 2023 Ventura County Star Volleyball Player of the Year after leading the Cougars to a 27-6 season, including a 14-0 run through the Channel League and to the top seed in the CIF-SS Division 5 Playoffs โฆ tallied 639 assists (6.9 assists per set), 180 kills (2.0 kills per set), 280 digs (3.04 digs per set) and 39 blocks in her senior season โฆ also awarded as the Ventura High School Female Athlete of the Year and Channel League Most Valuable Player her senior season.
