2019-20
Played in 25 games in her true sophomore season, notching one start … Put up 2.8 points and 1.8 rebounds in 14.6 minutes per game … Scored in double figures in UCLA’s season-opening win over Weber State, notching a then-career high 12 points with three assists and a steal on the night (Nov. 5) … Recorded her second career-high scoring total in three games, putting up 13 points on 5-for-9 shooting against Long Beach State (Nov. 14) … Scored a pair of important second-half baskets in UCLA’s win over Washington State (Feb. 21) … Notched seven points and five rebounds in that victory against the Cougars … Hit a pair of three-pointers and added three assists in the team’s win over Utah in the regular-season finale (Mar. 1).

2018-19:
Made one start in 29 games as a true freshman … In 14.0 minutes per game, averaged 2.5 points and 1.1 rebounds per outing … Made her first-career start vs. Kentucky at the Paradise Jam (Nov. 23) … In that game, Jefferson played a career-high 28 minutes and went 1-for-2 from the field for two points to go along with two boards and two assists … Netted a career-high 11 points in 21 minutes off the bench vs. Fresno State (Dec. 7) … Against Fresno State, she shot a perfect 4-for-4 from the field, including 3-for-3 from 3-point land … Grabbed a career-high five rebounds vs. Cal Poly (Dec. 28) … Scored eight points twice, once at No. 12 Oregon State (Feb. 24) and the other time vs. Colorado (March 3) … Played in every postseason game for UCLA, the only Bruin freshman to do so … Scored four points off the bench vs. No. 6 Oregon in the semifinals of the Pac-12 Tournament (March 9).

Kiara Jefferson earned four varsity letters in basketball at West Campus High School (Sacramento, Calif.) and was named Golden Empire League Player of the Year after leading the Warriors to the Golden Empire League title, the Sac-Joaquin Section Division IV crown, the Northern California Regional D-IV championship and the CIF Girl's Division IV state championship in 2017 as a junior … also named Second Team All-Metro and First Team All-League in 2017 … In the title game, she took over in the fourth quarter and finished with 24 points (10-for-13) shooting and added eight rebounds and four steals … as a senior in 2018, she averaged 25.0 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game while being named First Team All-League, First Team All-Metro and the MVP of the Nor-Cal Playoffs … she averaged 10.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.1 steals and 1.2 assists per game as a junior in 2017 as the Warriors went 30-4 overall and 12-0 in the Golden Empire League … also led her team to a league title her sophomore year (25-8 overall, 12-0) as she averaged 13.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.8 steals and 1.4 assists per game in 2016 … put up similar numbers her freshman campaign (2015), averaging 13.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.2 assists per game as CWHS went 20-8 overall and 11-1 in league play … played her club ball for the Oakland Raiders … ranked 70th by Premier Basketball Report (#35 guard) and 164th by Dan Olson Girl's Basketball Report (#43 guard) … also rated No. 48 by Blue Star Media and No. 65 by Prospects Nation.
