
Men's Golf 10th After First Round Of NCAA Fall Preview

AUBURN, Ala. - The UCLA men's golf team, ranked 21st in the preseason MasterCard poll, is in 10th place after the first round of the NCAA Fall Preview, hosted by Auburn University at Grand National Golf Course.
The Bruins, who shot a team score of 298, 10-over par, trail top-ranked Clemson, which leads the field at 279, nine-under par. Fifth ranked Georgia is tied with No. 14 Northwestern at 285.
UCLA senior Brandon DiTullio is tied for sixth place after carding a two-under par 70. He trails Georgia's Bubba Watson, who leads the field with a five-under par 67. UCLA sophomore Parker McLachlin is tied for 40th at 75, freshman Travis Johnson is tied for 49th at 76 and freshman J.T. Kohut and junior Michael Vera are tied for 58th at 77.
Competition continues tomorrow and Tuesday.
