Bruins Post 307 On Day 2 At NCAA Fall Preview

The UCLA women's golf team posted a team score of 307 and has a 36-hole total of 613, 19-over par, at the NCAA Fall Preview, hosted by the University of Washington at Washington National Golf Course.

Nine teams were still on the course when play was suspended because of rain. Those teams will finish the second round on Wednesday and complete round three later in the day.

Individually for UCLA, sophomores Krystal Shearer (151) and Melissa Martin (153) were the top scorers, each posting a 75 in the second round. Senior Alicia Um posted a score of 76 and had a 36-hole total of 154. Sophomores Gina Umeck (156) and Saki Uechi (158) each posted rounds of 81 on Wednesday.
