The second-ranked UCLA women's golf team finished third at the Stanford Invitational Sunday. The tournament was played at the par 72, 6,107-yard Stanford Golf Course in Palo Alto.

The Bruins posted a team score of 291, three-over par, but still managed to finish at 859, five-under par. That total set a school record for 54-hole team score. Top-ranked Duke captured first place at 19-under par 845, followed by Washington at 850, 14-under par. California finished fourth at 869 and New Mexico placed fifth at 875.

Individually, the Bruins' Charlotte Mayorkas tied for sixth place at three-under par 213 after posting an even par round of 72 on Sunday. Senior Hana Kim tied for 16th place at 216 following a 73. Senior Gina Umeck tied for 18th place at 217, one-over par. Sophomore Susie Mathews tied for 24th at 219 and Bridget Dwyer tied for 27th at 220. Senior Saki Uechi, playing as an individual, tied for 33rd at 222 following a 72 in the final round.

Arizona's Erica Blasberg and Duke's Elizabeth Janangelo tied for first place at 209, seven under par. Blasberg closed the tournament with a two-under par 70, Janangelo, who led the event the first two round, finished with a 74.
