UCLA's ninth-ranked men's golf team was in 13th place at the 16th annual Ping/GolfWeek Fall Preview hosted by Loyola College at Caves Valley near Baltimore, MD.

The Bruins were in 13th place at 591 (+13). They trail first-place Oklahoma State by 17 shots entering Monday's final round. Texas Christian and Georgia Tech are tied for second place at 567 (+7).

Individually, the Bruins' John Poucher was tied for 15th place at 143 (+3). Poucher, the defending individual champion, posted rounds of 70-73 on Sunday. Tied for 23rd place is freshman Kevin Chappell at 145 (+5) after rounds of 69-76. Freshman Daniel Im was tied for 59th place at 153 (+13) after rounds of 76-77. Sophomores Peter Campbell and Chris Heintz were tied for 66th and 68th, respectively. Campbell carded rounds of 84-71--155 (+15) and Heintz had rounds of 83-73--156 (+16).

Pablo Martin of Oklahoma State was the leader in the clubhouse after posting rounds of 69-66--135 (-5).

Final round action continues Monday.
