
Bruins Finish Fifth at Augusta State Invitational

Fifth-ranked UCLA finished fifth at the Administaf/ASU Invitational, hosted by Augusta State at the Champions Retreat Golf Course in Evans, GA.
The Bruins posted a final round team score of 289 (+1) for a three-round total of 867 (+3). Coastal Carolina won the event with a 54-hole score of 854 (-19), followed by South Carolina-Aiken at 859 (-5), Clemson at 864 (E) and Minnesota at 866 (+2).
Freshman Erik Flores tied for third for UCLA with a three-round score of 213 (-3) after signing for an even par 72 in the final round. Sophomore Daniel Im finished sixth at two-under par 214 after posting a 71 (-1) on Sunday. Sophomore Kevin Chappell carded an even par 72 and tied for 13th at 216 (E). Sophomore Craig Leslie tied for 53rd at 225 (+9) and freshman James Lee tied for 58th at 226 (+10).
