Prep: Prep -- Four-year varsity letter winner at Murrieta Valley High School. Competed on the USA Junior Olympic 18 Open team in the summer. One of Volleyball Magazine's "Fab 50 Volleyball Players. PrepVolleyball.com "Senior Aces" and "Top 50 Recruits in 2005". Competed on the USA Junior Olympic team in 2004, but tore ACL in tournament. Also selected to the USA Volleyball Junior National A2 Team and the USA Volleyball National Training Camp but did not attend due to her ACL injury. In 2003, was named first-team for All-CIF Southern Section Division I, All-Area, All-Valley and Southwestern League. Named high school's Varsity Best Offensive Player. Student Sports Magazine "Top 60 Sophomores" in 2003. In 2002, was named second-team All-CIF, and first-team All-Area, All-Valley and Southwestern League. Also named high school Varsity MVP in 2002. Was the 16-and-under Open MVP at the USA Junior Olympics. Played club volleyball for Golden West 18 Black and Mavericks.
