
Bruins Finish Trojan Diving Invitational with 3-4 Showing in Platform

LOS ANGELES - The UCLA diving team completed the Trojan Diving Invitational with a 3-4 finish in Sunday's Platform event, as sophomore Annika Lenz finished third, followed closely by junior Montana Monahan.
In the five-round event, Lenz posted a total of 235.20 to place third, just .85 ahead of Monahan, who was fourth with a personal-best score of 234.35. Sophomore Danni Repper also had a personal-best with a 192.85, finishing 13th.
Lenz and Monahan each qualify for the NCAA Zone Championships in the Platform by virtue of their Sunday performances. Lenz also qualified for the 1-Meter for Zones on Saturday, while freshman Maria Polyakova qualified for the 3-Meter on Friday and the 1-Meter.
The Bruin swimming and diving teams combine for their first Pac-12 dual meet of the season on Friday, Nov. 14 against #13 Arizona at 1:30 p.m. at Spieker Aquatics Center.
