
Bruins Finish Ninth in Florida

The Bruins posted a team score in the final round of 291 (+3) for a 54-hole total of 11-over par 875. South Carolina won the event with a 10-under par score of 854, followed by Arizona at 861 (-3) and Oklahoma State at 862 (-2). Stanford place fourth at even par 864 and Duke was fifth at three-over par 867 (+3).
Individually for the Bruins, senior Erynne Lee posted the team's best score of the day – a one-under par 71 – and she tied for 36th place at 222 (+6). Freshman Lydia Choi was the Bruins' top finisher, tying for 14th place at 216 (E) after carding a score of 72 (E). Sophomore Bronte Law tied for 29th place at 220 (+4) following a round of 74 (+2), and freshman Erin Choi tied for 34th place at 221 (+6) after carding a 74 (+2). Junior Louise Ridderstrom had the drop score of 78 (+6) in the final round, giving her a three-round total of 230 (+14).
Justine Dreher of South Carolina won medalist honors, posting a 54-hole total of 207 (-9) following a final round 71 (-1).
The Bruins next event will be the Stanford Intercollegiate, Oct. 17-19.
