
UCLA Climbs into a Tie for Second Place in Louisiana

The Bruins posted a team score of 297 (+9) on a cold, breezy day in Baton Rouge. Their two-round total of 589 (+13) trailed LSU (588, +12) by a shot. Tulane was tied with the Bruins. Arizona was fourth at 596 (+20), followed by Florida in fifth place at 598 (+22).
Lee rose 14 spots up the leader board with a card that featured six birdies and three bogeys. She posted a 2-under par 34 on the inward nine. She was in fifth place at 143 (-1), just two shots behind the leaders. Freshman Erin Choi was tied for 10th place at 148 (+4) following a round of 74. Sophomore Bronte Law dropped 10 spots into a tie for 14th at 149 (+5) following her round of 78 (+6). Junior Louise Ridderstrom was tied for 20th at 151 (+7) after posting a score of 76 (+4), and freshman Aliea Clark had the drop score of 81 (+9). She was tied for 36th at 154 (+10).
Freshman Lydia Choi, playing as an individual, climbed 13 spots into a tie for sixth following her round of 1-under par 71. Her 36-hole total was 145 (+1).
LSU's Caroline Nistrup and Madelene Sagstrom were tied for the 36-hole lead at 3-under par 141. On Monday, Nistrup posted a 70 (-2) and Sagstrom signed for a 73 (+1).
