EVIAN-LES-BAINS, France and RIVIERA MAYA, Mexico - Senior Bronte Law and freshman Mariel Galdiano will have their final tune-ups this week before they begin their collegiate seasons, as Law takes part in the Evian Championship (Sept. 15-18) at the Evian Resort Golf Club, while Galdiano represented the U.S. at the World Amateur Team Championship (Sept. 14-17) at the Mayakoba El Camaleon and Iberostar Playa Paraiso courses.

The senior has competed in three of the LPGA Tour's five majors this season, having also teed it up at the ANA Inspiration in April (missed cut) and the Women's British Open in July (T-50). This tournament will be the fourth major Law has played in (T-33 at 2012 British Open).
Law is one of nine Bruins competing in the Evian Championship, joining alums Tiffany Joh, Alison Lee, Lee Lopez, Mo Martin, Sydnee Michaels, Ryann O'Toole, Jane Park and Mariajo Uribe. Tee times, scoring and television listings are available here.
Galdiano was named to the United States' WATC team in August. The biennial event is a four-round, stroke-play tournament in which the best two individual scores for each team per round count towards the final score. There will be an individual and team champion. The United States has won the event 13 times. Galdiano, who is ranked sixth in the World Amateur Golf Ranking, has had a great summer with a T-2 finish at the Junior PGA Championship and a stroke-play medalist showing at the U.S. Women's Amateur.
