MORE ABOUT LAST SATURDAY
Utah became the first team since 1998 to score at least 60 points in one half against UCLA last Saturday. The Utes outscored UCLA, 61-43, in the second half. Previously, the Bruins had not given up as many as 60 points in a half since Dec. 19, 1998, when Cal State Northridge had 64 second-half points in UCLA's 114-97 victory. In addition, UCLA's field goal percentage in the first half (70.0%, 21-for-30) versus Utah was the team's second-best shooting percentage in a half this season. The Bruins shot 80.6% (25-for-31) in the second half in a 95-58 victory over Saint Francis U in Pauley Pavilion. UCLA has shot 60% or better in four halves this season.
