Friday is the 18th meeting all-time between UCLA and Utah. The Bruins have dominated the series, 14-3, and recently extended their winning streak to 13 in a row. In the last meeting, UCLA reached the century mark with a 100-90 triumph over then-ranked No. 17 Utah. Kennedy Burke led the way with 26 points, as the Bruins set a school record for most points in a quarter with 40 in the fourth. The win was one of UCLA's four road victories over ranked opponents this season. The Bruins are 7-1 at home all-time vs. Utah.

UCLA's Last Time Out
Despite a concerted effort, UCLA dropped a 75-72 decision to then-ranked No. 12 Oregon State on Sunday.
ย
Sophomore Michaela Onyenwere scored 17 of her team-high 19 points in the first half to go along with 11 rebounds for her 10th double-double of the season. Redshirt senior Lajahna Drummer also had a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

UCLA had a chance to tie the game in the final seconds but came up just short.
ย
It's Good to Be Back
For the first time this season, UCLA earned a spot in the Associated Press (AP) Top 25 poll.
ย
The Bruins earned some respect after handing then-ranked No. 2 Oregon its first home loss of the season, coming from 22 down to defeat the Ducks, 74-69.
ย
UCLA currently sits 25th and is one of five Pac-12 teams ranked in the top 25.

ย

UCLA earned four road wins over ranked opponents this season, the most in a single season since 1980-81, when the Bruins were awarded five wins (fifth thanks to a forfeit by South Carolina on Jan. 5, 1981). UCLA finished its road slate at 8-3 overall and 7-2 in Pac-12 play.
