McMahon secures her first-career UCLA student-athlete of the week award.

LOS ANGELES – Senior defender Quincy McMahon of UCLA Women's Basketball has been selected the Student-Athlete of the Week for competitions completed between Oct. 1-7.
 
McMahon made her first start at forward in the Bruins' Oct. 5 contest against Washington and scored the game-winning goal in the 1-0 victory. She scored in the sixth minute of the game, netting her second goal in as many games. The senior has scored UCLA's last two goals and ranks third on the team in scoring with six points. McMahon's game-winner kept the Bruins unbeaten in conference play with a 5-0-1 record, and they remain tied for first place in the conference standings.
