Corvallis, Ore. – No. 8 UCLA remained unbeaten in Pac-12 play, beating No. 18 Oregon State with a season-high road score, 197.425-196.700 on Friday night in Gill Coliseum. The Bruins relied on their depth, receiving strong contributions from their subs who competed while All-Americans Chae Campbell and Nya Reed were rested, and a huge performance from Selena Harris, who scored a perfect 10 on vault, 9.95s on bars and beam and a 39.750 in the all-around to win those events.

The Bruins got off to a great start, recording a season-high 49.450 on uneven bars in the first rotation. The back half of the rotation all hit 9.9 or better, with Margzetta Frazier earning a new season-best 9.9, Frida Esparza tying her career-high with a 9.925, and Selena Harris tying her season-high with a 9.95.

UCLA went into the second rotation armed with a 0.275 lead and held strong with a 49.275 on vault despite missing two regulars in Campbell and Reed. Freshman Alex Irvine and sophomore Maddie Anyimi filled in admirably in their place, as Irvine scored 9.85 on her first career vault, and Anyimi scored a season-best 9.8. Harris provided the undeniable highlight of the rotation, scoring her second career perfect 10 and UCLA's first 10 of the year on her flawless Yurchenko 1.5 vault.

Up by two-tenths at the halfway mark, the Bruins moved to floor exercise and brought their floor party to Corvallis. Emma Malabuyo led off with a 9.825, followed by a 9.9 by Emma Andres. Emily Lee tied her season-high with a 9.8, and Katelyn Rosen earned a 9.925. Brooklyn Moors recorded her third 9.95 of the season, tying her career-high, and Harris wrapped it up with a 9.85. With Oregon State scoring 48.725 on beam, the Bruins extended their lead to 0.925, 148.175-147.250.

UCLA finished up the meet by scoring 49.250 on balance beam. Lee led off with a 9.875, followed by a 9.8 from Rosen. A fall in the three spot did not bother the Bruins, who closed with a 9.95 from Harris, 9.875 from Malabuyo and 9.75 from Ciena Alipio.
