Softball Makes Changes to Friday Games at Easton Stadium

LOS ANGELES โ The No. 5 UCLA softball team will now play a double-header versus IU Indianapolis for its season opener tomorrow on Friday, Feb. 7 at Easton Stadium. The start time for game one is scheduled for 5 p.m. (PT) and game two will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Both games will be available for viewing on Big Ten Plus (B1G+).

In an effort to preserve field playing conditions, the original first two games on Friday for the Stacy Winsberg Memorial Tournament between IU Indianapolis-UC Riverside and Utah Tech-UC Riverside have been canceled. Utah Tech will now play two games at UC Riverside's campus.

The Bruins were originally scheduled to play IU Indianapolis and Utah Tech at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Thursday evening's home contest between UCLA and Cal State Fullerton was postponed due to rain. The rescheduled game will be announced at a later date.

All ticket purchasers will have their tickets refunded to their UCLA Central Ticket Office account in the form of account credit that can be applied to any 2024-25 regular season home athletic event.
