Did not compete during the indoor seasonโฆ Ran four races in the outdoor campaignโฆ At the USC Dual Meet - his lone 3000m race of the season - he placed fourth (9:00.57) as the Bruins claimed the top five spots in the eventโฆ Ran three 3000m steeplechase races, including a season-best โฆ Placed ninth at the Pac-12 Championships in the steeplechase.

Competed in a pair of meets as a true freshman this past season โฆ Made his UCLA debut at the Mammoth Tri-Meet, where he finished fourth overall with a 5k time of 17:03. โฆ Took 68th place at the Dellinger Invitational, crossing with an 8k time of 24:27.4.

Coming off a shortened 2020 cross country season that saw him earn victories in each of his three races, including a win at the Sunset League Finals with a three-mile time of 15:59.6 โฆ Junior season in 2019 included a second-place finish at the CIF-SS Finals and a 10th-place showing at the CIF State Meet โฆ It was the second top-20 finish at State in his career, as he secured 18th place on the 5k course in 2018 โฆ Picked up a couple of PRs this past track season in 2021, going 4:11.82 in the 1600m for Laguna Beach at the Meet of Champions and securing a time of 9:02.03 at the California State Track & Field Championships โฆ Finished fourth in the 3200m at the CIF-SS Division 3 Finals (9:25.62) as a sophomore in 2019.
