Did not compete for UCLA during the indoor season … Appeared in three meets during the outdoor campaign … Had a season-best 1.57m (5-01.75) in the high jump at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational … Honors: Selected to the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll.
 
2023  
Competed in one indoor meet for the Bruins at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational (high jump: 1.55m, 5-01.00)… Appeared in five meets for UCLA during the outdoor campaign… Cleared her season-best 1.55m twice during outdoor competition (Rafer Johnson-Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational, sixth; Chris Rinne Twilight, sixth).

High School
Attended Westview High School… A member of the varsity volleyball for three years and varsity track & field for all four years… Awarded most valuable newcomer for track and field her freshman year… Broke Westview’s high jump record twice (05-06.00 – freshman, 05-09.00 – sophomore)… Ranked fourth nationally and number one in California in the high jump during her sophomore season… Won track and field CIF southern sectionals her freshman, sophomore and junior year… Awarded best offensive volleyball player her junior year, as well as MVP all-tournament team her senior season… Voted Female Athlete of the Year during her senior year.
 
Personal
Born in San Diego, Calif., to parents Sharen and Ken… Has three sisters: Makena, Vivian and Violet… Outside of the track, she loves to hike, camp and spend time outdoors… Enjoys going to national parks, exploring the United States and what the world has to offer… also surfs and spends time in the ocean during her free time… Some additional hobbies include painting and doing other arts and crafts… Lists Sean Johnston and Serena Williams as athletes she most admires… Describes her greatest athletic thrill “when I arrived at my first indoor meet in Albuquerque, N.M., I saw all my favorite athletes competing and I got to compete with them for the first time”… Decided to attend UCLA “because it has such a prestigious campus, a rigorous learning curriculum and an applauded athletics program”… Majoring in psychobiology, with the career objective of becoming a physician assistant.
