Reached the semifinals of the U.S. Women’s Amateur in Portland, Ore. … tied for ninth after stroke play with a two-under 142 … won her first two rounds by scores of 2 and 1 and 3 and 1 before playing now teammate Lydia Choi in the third round, which Wu won 5 and 4 … picked up a 5 and 4 victory in the quarterfinals before losing 4 and 2 in the semifinals … was second at the 113th Women’s North and South Amateur (Pinehurst, N.C.) … placed second at the Canadian Women’s Amateur Championship (-4, 284) in Saskatoon, Canada … finished the year first in the Golfweek junior rankings.

AMATEUR GOLF
Was a three-time AJGA All-American … is the only back-to-back winner of the ANNIKA Invitational (2013-2014) … was second at both the 2014 Yani Tseng Invitational and the '14 Junior PGA Championship … was on the winning side for the 2014 Wyndham Cup (West team) and the '14 Junior Ryder Cup ... won the stroke play portion of the 2014 U.S. Women’s Amateur (-3, 137), advancing to the round of 64 … tied for fourth at the U.S. Girls Junior Championship in 2014 with a two-under 142, advancing to the quarterfinals ... went 3-0 in helping the U.S. win the 2013 Junior Solheim Cup.

Wu played four years of varsity golf at Diamond Bar High School in Diamond Bar, Calif. under coach Tony McCabe … was a four-time league MVP … was the 2012 CIF Southern Section Individual Champion … helped DBHS to a 2014 CIF Team State Championship and three CIF Southern Section Team titles.
