Burnham was a four-year letterwinner with the Bettendorf High School swim team in Bettendorf, Iowa โฆ was an All-American and 16-time All-State honoree โฆ earned three State titles in the 50 Freestyle, 100 Butterfly and 200 Free Relay as a senior โฆ ranked the #1 recruit in the state of Iowa โฆ broke 12 school records โฆ was a three-time 4.0 Scholastic All-American โฆ coached by Mike Ahrens โฆ swims club with Iowa Flyers under coaches Richard Salhus and Robert Pinter โฆ helped the Flyers to a Midwest Sectional Championship in Winter 2013 and three Iowa State titles.
